Al-lin's Floral & Gifts

We had purchased a corsage from another florist.. When we picked it up, we weren’t happy with the results. Flowers were very small, and almost wilted. I ran into Al-lins in a panic, he stopped what he was working on and made a new corsage. I was SO thankful for them! Especially with it being so last minute. Great customer service!

Long overdue review- Al-Lins has excellent customer service. I had contacted them after receiving flowers for Valentine’s Day that were subpar. The owner called me and assured me they would make it right, as they were using a new supplier. I have gotten flowers before from them, so it was surprising my flowers were wilted and just not their usual quality. I attributed it to Valentine’s Day rush, but they really did go out of their way to make sure I was happy. The owner personally delivered a new bouquet to me a few days later and they were beautiful and fresh. Very happy how it was handled and will continue using them.

Warm and friendly service with a magical touch. Both arrangements have been beautifully done! Thank you for the masterpieces on such short notice and going that extra mile for a stranger. I won't go anywhere else.

Lin the person I talked to was over the top helpful !!!!! My husband and I and I live on the other side of town from the flower shop in Chesterfield, Mi. Our daughter had been operated on the day before and we wanted to send her flowers from a flower shop in St Johns where she lives with her husband. I checked on line there was only 2 flowers shops, I picked Al_Lins Floral & Gifts, from that moment everything went smooth and my worries were over......................... Lin could tell I was sad living so far from our daughter. My husband and I are in our late 70s. Lin made every effort to get this beautiful flower arrangement to our daughter asap. First she suggested that we pick out the flowers by sending a picture on our phone, and than after she created the beautiful arrangement she sent us a picture again to let us see it before it went out for delivery. I called looking for daffodils in a hurry. They are my mom’s favorite flowers. My mom is in hospice care & time was not on my side. The wonderful lady who took my call did not have any & was unable to get them right away. She told me to come to her store & she would pick her own storefront flowers for my mom…. The kindness, empathy & generosity she showed was immeasurable… I will never forget. It is not often that I am taken aback by truly lovely human beings…. She was a blessing when I needed it… Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🌼💕🙏🏼😊

On the spur-of-the-moment I pulled in and went inside the store. Wonderful little shop I was able to buy 2 items In memory of a family member who had passed. I like the store I like the quality I like the flowers and I definitely will be shopping here again.

They always have the cutest stuff and then I end up buying all the MSU stuff they have. These two are the sweetest and most friendly people. Oh, and don't forget Harvey....the coolest and funniest Golden Doodle. If it's your first time or 100th time going there, you are like family. Amazing place and amazing people.

Picked up some flowers on short notice for my mother inlaw who's in hospital the arrangement was stunning my wife said everyone at the hospital raved about them. We had the most beautiful flowers for my daughters wedding and the kindest customer service and personal touch we could have ever asked for!!

Al-Lin did a wonderful job with our flowers! They did centerpieces, a bouquet, corsages and boutenires for our small wedding ceremony and the flowers turned out so beautifully. We only had a few weeks to plan and Al-Lin was able to accommodate our short time frame.

This place is Wonderful!!! Al and Linda do a Great job with flowers and the shop has tremendous inventory for gifts and home decorating for the seasons. I'd really encourage folks to check it out. Also, you have to say hi to Harvey, the resident goldendoodle.

Al Lin's put together a beautiful arrangement for us for our neighbor's visitation. A sad occasion but it was made tastefully better. Al-Lins delivered them at the right time and the flowers looked perfect.
